General Information
Refunds, Credits and Prorated Classes
No refunds are offered on memberships other than members providing documentation of moving to a location 15 or more miles further away from Highland from the current address with required documentation for verification.  Refunds for one day activities must be requested prior to its start.  Refunds for all other activities, excluding athletic leagues, must be requested prior to the start of the second class.  After the second class, refunds are only offered on a pro-rated basis when medical documentation of inability to participate is provided.  Refunds for athletic leagues must be requested prior to the teams being picked.  Memberships can be placed on suspension due to a medical condition and time can be added on for the time missed with doctors statement.  In all cases, the department prefers to offer credit to be applied to household balance for future purchases.

Joining a Class in Progress
Recreational programs already in progress may be joined at a pro-rated fee if space is available, a registration deadline has not been assigned, and with approval from the instructor.
